We were thrilled to recently team up with Bec Henderson, Head of Customer Experience, at the fantastic Seppeltsfield Rd Distillers to create some Small Victories wine and gin cocktails, just in time for the weather to warm up.
Why? Because sometimes it is fun to spritz things up a little, and enjoy a wine cocktail with friends.
This cocktail is based off of the Cassis Spritz cocktail recipe, and is simple to make and super delicious.
We headed to the Distillery in October to have a little cocktail making lesson with Bec – what a fun Friday morning it was!
S.V. CASSIS SPRITZ – A WINE AND GIN COCKTAIL RECIPE
Ingredients
- 60mL Small Victories Vermentino
- 30mL Seppeltsfield Rd Distillers House Gin
- 15mL Marionette Cassis
- 125mL lemonade
Method
- Fill wine glass with ice
- Build all ingredients in glass, finishing with lemonade
- Stir gently with bar spoon
- Garnish with fresh thyme sprig
- Enjoy!

Marionette Cassis is a liqueur which you’ll be able to find at your local bottle shop.
