We were thrilled to recently team up with Bec Henderson, Head of Customer Experience, at the fantastic Seppeltsfield Rd Distillers to create some Small Victories wine and gin cocktails, just in time for the weather to warm up.
Why? Because sometimes it is fun to spritz things up a little, and enjoy a cocktail with friends.
This cocktail is based off of the St Germain cocktail recipe, and is perfect for brunch or pre-dinner drinks with friends. Or maybe you just want to make yourself a fancy drink after work on a Friday night – that would be a small victory, for sure!
We headed to the Distillery last week to have a little cocktail making lesson with Bec – what a fun Friday morning it was!

WHERE TO FIND THE INGREDIENTS
The recipes we will be sharing for wine and gin cocktails will include ingredients that won’t be too hard to source – we don’t want to send you on a scavenger hunt!
St Germain is an elderflower liqueur which you’ll be able to find it at your local bottle shop.
Seppeltsfield Rd Distillers Dry Gin is available at the Distillery in the Barossa, if you feel like a visit. You can also order online at shop.seppeltsfieldroaddistillers.com.au/.
Our Small Victories Pinot Gris is available from our Barossa Valley Cellar Door or order online.
